Shipping policy
SHIPPING TIMELINE
Upon order confirmation, all orders will be processed in 5-7 business days (excluding holidays). We will always do our part in getting your order in the mail as quickly as possible. If you'd like quicker shipping be sure to check out the shipping profiles at check out.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for this information. If you do not receive it please check your spam or feel free to reach out to us and we will resend the confirmation email.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address.
If you need to change your shipping address, please email us with your order number and the correct shipping address at designsbydreamers@gmail.com. You must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to change your address. If you order has already shipped before you contact us, we are unable to change your shipping address.
If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund or replacement order is not guaranteed. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Free shipping on US orders $100 or more will be automatically applied upon check out. Discount codes cannot be combined.
